We accept returns of unused and undamaged products within 30 days of purchase.

  •  Return shipping cost: FREE

  •  Restocking fee: Waived for most items

  • Sale or Clearance items are non-refundable, but exchangeable

  •  Items must be in original packaging and same condition received

  •  We may request photos or videos before approving the return

 Conditions for Refund Eligibility

We reserve the right to deny full or partial refunds in the following situations:

  • Product is returned in damaged or used condition

  • Missing parts or not in original packaging

  • Return requested due to lower price found elsewhere (we do not price match)

  • Unauthorized returns or returned after 30-day period

  • Items from the following categories are non-refundable:

    • Used or altered personal care items

    • Health-related items

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval status:

  •  If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  •  Refund processing time: 48–72 hours after item inspection

Sale or Clearance Items

Items purchased during Weekly, Monthly, or Holiday Sale events are not eligible for refund, but may be exchanged.

These items are offered at a special discounted rate due to excess inventory or promotional events and are non-refundable as part of our sale policy.
